Growing up in Guayaquil, Ecuador, Xavier Aviles was inspired to become a doctor so he could help people get healthier. During his residency, he became interested in caring for geriatric patients and providing the extra resources and support they need—which makes him a perfect fit at ArchWell Health. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two cats. He also enjoys traveling, watching sports, and learning new things.
