BLT KITCHENS is a 14, 000 Sq Ft Shared Kitchen space with four Walkin Fridges and a Freezer, Office and prep space for rent. Equipment as well as small wares. Full Dishwasher. Hourly and monthly rates. We do offer 24 hour access. It's a shared commercial kitchen space. It's not a restaurant. Our commissary kitchen in Phoenix is located at 7th st and Dunlap with easy access to the 51 and I 17 freeway. By law, tenants will be required to schedule an inspection and obtain a food establishment permit through Maricopa County Environmental Services. This is a well equipped commissary kitchen in Phoenix and we have space to bring in your own equipment.
