I'll walk you through what's going on, what your options are, and what the latest evidence says, in plain language and at a pace that works for you. No question is too small, and no topic is off the table. Then the decision is yours. My role is to give you honest information and my best recommendations, and to support you in choosing what fits your life and your values.
