Absolutely INCREDIBLE, UNHEARD-OF customer service!!! Tow truck recommended Titan after an accident - and assured me that the owner, Mike, would be very good. He wasn't kidding - everything was done perfectly on the car, on time and in a helpful, friendly way! Just when I thought the quality and service couldn't be topped, my husband and I went to pick up the car.....finding the van sparkling clean (including all 3 dogs' hair vacuumed out of the carpets!!) and Mike noted my husband's car had 'dim' headlights, and he insisted on sanding and buffing the headlights for FREE - "because it was a safety issue"!! Hate to say it, but I "almost" wish I had need for more body work, just to use Titan!! AWESOME. Share review Edit review Delete review
