  Kathy Loscheider

  Executive Director - Fellowship Square Phoenix

  Kathy Loscheider is the Executive Director of Fellowship Square Phoenix, Christian Care Health Center and Christian Care Manors in Phoenix and Cottonwood. With over 30 years’ experience in the senior housing environment, she considers it an honor and a privilege to serve the residents and staff at these two communities. Kathy is responsible for the management of 600+ housing units and leadership of 200 staff members on the two campuses. It is a tremendous responsibility and a job she enjoys. A graduate of Grand Canyon University, Kathy has a Master's of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Health Systems Management. She is an Arizona licensed Skilled Nursing Administrator, Assisted Living Manager, and a real estate broker. Kathy is also certified as a HUD Assisted Housing Manager. In 2013 Kathy became Board certified in Healthcare Management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a professional society dedicated to promoting the highest standards of professional, education and leadership performance; the highest ethical standards and conduct; and the advancement of healthcare management excellence. In a recent interview, Kathy stated, “God has blessed Christian Care with a tremendous staff - our most valuable resource. They serve our residents on a daily basis with quality customer service, professional skills, caring hearts and smiles.” Kathy and her husband Jerry enjoy the Arizona Cardinals and riding their Harley motorcycles throughout the southwest. Their home church is Trinity Lutheran Church in Litchfield Park.

  Lindsey Arrey

  Director of Marketing - Fellowship Square Phoenix

  Lindsey Arrey is the Director of Marketing for Fellowship Square Phoenix and The Oasis. As Director of Marketing, she is responsible for the ongoing development and management of a comprehensive marketing plan for the Phoenix campus. Additionally, she manages the day-to-day activities of the marketing department – she is proud to have an outgoing, dedicated and compassionate marketing team; they are truly committed to Fellowship Square’s residents and its mission. Lindsey earned her Master’s degree in International Management/Business with an emphasis in Marketing and Brand Management from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management; and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Arizona. A native Phoenician, Lindsey has been in the Senior Living industry for almost 12 years. She served as Executive Director for Leading Age Arizona from 2003 to 2005, and then transitioned to working directly with residents as the Director of Marketing for a not-for-profit Life Care Community in Scottsdale. Lindsey came to Fellowship Square/Christian Care in February 2013 and says she has loved every minute since!

  Mark Bucalo

  Facilities Manager

  Mark Bucalo is the Facilities Manager for Fellowship Square & Christian Care’s Phoenix campus; he joined Christian Care in December 2013. He is originally from Cincinnati, OH and is a Navy Veteran. Mark has been in Facilities Management since 1982, he also has commercial HVAC experience. He has his Associate’s degree in Business from Mesa Community College and has an Arizona Real Estate license.

  Nasharae Caraballo

  Human Resources Representative

  Nasharae Caraballo is the Human Resource Representative for the Phoenix Fellowship Square/Christian Care Campus. She joined Christian Care in August 2012 and has a Masters in Business Administration with Grand Canyon University. Nasharae earned her undergraduate degree in Business and Family Studies from Arizona State University. Nasharae says, "I have found a work environment that matches my values and mission statement in life. I truly enjoy working for and look forward to continuing my journey at Christian Care serving our employees and residents to the best of my ability."

  Jessica Duran

  Director of Subsidized Housing

  Jessica Duran is the Director of Subsidized Housing for Christian Care Manors in Phoenix and Cottonwood; she has been with Christian Care since 2005. Originally from San Jose, CA, Jessica and her family moved to Arizona in 2001. Jessica has earned many certifications and designations in her 10 years with Christian Care! She was first certified by HUD as a Assistant Housing Manager, and continued her education to become a Certified Aging Services Professional (CASP), an Arizona licensed Assisted Living Manager, a graduate of Christian Care University's Senior Care Certification program and was recently certified in Mental Health First Aid.

  David Elliot

  Food Services Director

  David Elliot is the Food Services Director for the Phoenix campus - which includes Fellowship Square Phoenix, Christian Care Manors, The Oasis Assisted Living and Christian Care Health Center. He says, “My greatest desire is to serve our residents with the finest quality dining experience possible. With a motivated staff we fulfill our Mission of great hospitality through food service.” Born and raised in New England, David is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University. With over thirty years in food service, his range of experience includes working in fine French restaurants, to over ten years in catering as well as previously owning a couple of small diners. David moved to Arizona in 2008 and has been with Christian Care and Fellowship Square since 2010. Regarding his team, David says, “our chefs are creative, our servers and support staff are all committed to exceptional customer service. We welcome you to enjoy a relaxing meal in our dining room - we know you will feel right at home.”

  Anita Garrett, RN, BSN

  Home Health Director

  Anita Garrett, RN, BSN is the Home Health Director for Christian Care - she oversees the Home Health Agencies on our Fellowship Square Phoenix, Historic Mesa and Mesa campuses. Anita is originally from northern Ohio and moved to Phoenix in 1999 to get some much needed sunshine! She worked in acute care for 17 years and decided when she came to Phoenix to switch her career to home health care. Anita felt she could make more of a difference in the wellbeing of patients while caring for them in their homes rather than in the hospital. For the past 10 years, her focus has been working with seniors who need home health care. She began working with Christian Care on January 16, 2012 as the Director of Home Health. Anita says, “I truly love the residents and coworkers I get to know and serve on the Christian Care campuses. It is very rewarding personally and professionally.” Anita’s career began as a certified nursing assistant in a community hospital while attending a diploma RN program at Mansfield General Hospital. After graduating, she continued her education at Ashland University to attain her BSN. Anita also worked as a certified oncology nurse and taught classes at Bowling Green University in their Allied Health program in the evenings. Anita has served on many committees throughout her career including: Hospice, Ethics, Oncology Care, Quality Improvement, Program Development, etc.

  Jenna Meyer, NHA, MBA

  Health Center Administrator

  Jenna Meyer is the Nursing Home Administrator for the Christian Care Health Center, located on our Phoenix campus. Jenna has been with Christian Care since 2006, she began in the Human Resource Department and then transitioned to the Health Center. She is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and and has her Master's degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. Jenna is also has her Professional in Human Resources Certification. Jenna says, "I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to serve our residents and the community. I work with a dedicated team of professionals who focus on providing a high quality of care to our residents, which is reflected by our 5 star rating from the Center for Medicare Services (CMS)."

  Cornell Morgan

  Assisted Living Manager, The Oasis & Manor II

  Cornell Morgan is the Assisted Living Manager for The Oasis and Manor II on the Phoenix campus. Originally from Chicago, IL, she moved to Arizona in February of 2001. She has been with Christian Care and Fellowship Square since 2007. Cornell began her career working with troubled youth, in a care home for delinquent teens and young adults. In 1999, Cornell made her career transition into Senior Living starting out as a CNA. Since then, Cornell has continued her education and has earned numerous certifications. She is a graduate of LeadingAge’s Leadership Academy, is a Certified Aging Services Professional (CASP), has earned a Senior Care Certification from Christian Care University, and is certified in Mental Health First Aid. Cornell is currently part of Christian Care’s Leadership Development Team and is also pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. In her free time, Cornell enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, Alia, who she is raising, as well as crocheting, painting – any kind of crafts!

  Jacque Owens

  Resident Liaison & Volunteer Coordinator

  Jacque Owens is the Resident Life Liaison & Volunteer Coordinator at Fellowship Square Phoenix. Jacque first worked for Christian Care from 2003 to 2008, before leaving to attend college. She returned to Fellowship Square Phoenix in 2014. As Resident Life Liaison, Jacque is responsible for ensuring residents receive a high quality of services in the activities, pastoral care, and social services areas. She serves as the residents’ advocate, liaison, and representative to ensure their needs and concerns are being met. Additionally, she is responsible for coordinating all volunteer opportunities on the Phoenix campus, with both resident volunteers and those from outside the community. Jacque is a native of Arizona; she attended Faith Bible College in New Zealand and finished her education in Redding, CA at Bethel School of Ministry, receiving a Certification in Leadership and Pastoral Ministry. Jacque has worked in the Senior Living industry for almost 10 years, in several different capacities - Marketing, Human Resources, Security, Community Relations, & Social Services.

  Teddi Thompson

  Director of Environmental Services

  Teddi Thompson is the Director of Environmental Services at Christian Care & Fellowship Square Phoenix. Teddi joined the organization in March 2005. She is responsible for a housekeeping and environmental services team of 17 staff members, who care for over 550 apartments in addition to all of the common areas within the six different buildings on campus! Teddi has almost 30 years’ experience in housekeeping and all levels of care within the Senior Living industry. She is certified in Aging Services & Business Management by the Area Agency on Aging, and is a Certified Activity Director as well.
