  Travis began his Allstate career in 2015 and has worked in a variety of roles within the organization. Since that time, he has also completed a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from LSU. Travis brings great organization to our agency processes and is determined to promote a positive customer experience and to help our agency grow. When he is not promoting and recruiting for the agency, he enjoys spending time with his young family, off-roading in the Utah and Arizona outdoors, or attending a classic car show.

  Marc is one of our networking and sales representatives with over 17 years of Allstate product experience. He has lived in Arizona since 1999 and is originally from Kansas. Marc loves meeting new people and helping them save money and improve their coverages, and he is so good at it that new customers often refer over their friends and family to our agency as well. He also specializes in working with Mortgage Lenders and helping see the insurance side of closing on a new home loan moves along effortlessly. When he is not busy signing up new customers you will probably find him out with his wife exploring their favorite places like the Sedona Red Rocks or their favorite getaway spot, San Diego, CA.

  Gayle brings a wealth of knowledge into our agency with over 17 years of experience. She is passionate about assisting customers and always helps see everyone has an excellent experience with our office. Gayle not only specializes in Auto, Home, and personal lines insurance, but also Commercial insurance policies. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, paddle boarding, running, and riding her motorcycle.

  Jennifer is excellent when it comes to customer service, and we are so grateful to have her on our team. She has over 11 years of Allstate product experience and is dedicated to being there when customers need us most. Jennifer does an outstanding job at helping customers find savings opportunities and giving them options when it comes to choosing the right coverages for their situation. When she is not answering a call or servicing policies she is often out with her family, spending time with her grandchildren, or traveling to areas like Sedona.

  Adrienne's Allstate affiliation started back in 2004, and she has been back in our agency for the past two years since taking a leave of absence to stay at home with her children. Her insurance experience really shines when she is helping new customers to review their policy features and she does an excellent job at helping tailor coverages to best suit their needs. In Adrienne's down time you can find her networking within her BNI group or spending time outdoors with her kids exploring beautiful hiking trails around nearby lakes.

  On every phone call it is very clear that Amber genuinely cares about each and every person she interacts with and that she always goes above and beyond to serve customers. Outside of insurance, Amber's husband and children are her world. Together they enjoy visiting spots outside of Phoenix like the Sedona or Heber/Show Low area or taking some well-deserved time to sit back and relax as a family.

  Elii joined the insurance industry in 2021 shortly after graduating from the WP Carey school of Business at ASU in Global Politics and Economics. Since joining our agency in 2022, she has become a critical member of our team. When she's not helping customers save money on their car insurance, you'll find Elii coaching high school softball for Scottsdale Christian Academy, spending time with friends and family, or attending a local ASU sporting event.

  Alex is a member of the customer sales team and has been representing Allstate since 2018. Alex does a great job at treating everyone like they are family. He provides exceptional customer service and loves helping inform customers on their insurance products, so they feel empowered to make informed insurance decisions. Outside of work Alex is often snowboarding, traveling with his family, or trying something new like training for his first triathlon.

  Nancy joined our team in 2023 and comes with a wealth of experience since she has been working in the insurance industry for close to 40 years. Her favorite part about working in insurance is helping customers see what their coverages options are and how insurance can safeguard what they value most. Nancy has such a fun and energetic energy that she translates on every call. When customers speak with her, they feel like they are speaking to an old friend. When Nancy is not answering inbound calls for our office, she is probably spending time traveling with her spouse, perfecting her craft as an amateur chef, or playing with her beautiful grandchildren.

He also enjoys adventuring outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. His goal in life is to make a positive impact on people's lives, while achieving professional success and personal growth.

  Joining the agency June 2024, Amber has worked intermittently in various positions of insurance for over 20 years between the ebbs and flows of the mortgage industry, her previous career. In the last couple of years, she realized that a full pivot to insurance is the way to go, where she will apply her commitment to excellence in servicing and assisting insureds to cover their assets and interests. More than anything, Amber enjoys helping people. When it comes to insurance, the key is to understand the people and match the coverages needed to avoid or minimize loss when life happens. Outside of work, Amber enjoys time with family and friends, in and out of Arizona. Additionally, she spends time reading, writing, and looking towards the future… so much life to live in just so much time!

I focus on helping customers to make informed decisions about their insurance. Outside of work, I volunteer weekly and coach my two sons in various sports. I enjoy gardening, spending time with my nieces and nephews, and visiting Trampoline Parks/Ninja gyms in Phoenix. I also love canoeing and fishing at the lakes in Prescott. My experience in financial services extends beyond insurance, offering a comprehensive understanding of how insurance fits into financial portfolios.

I've always been impressed with the quality of Allstate's customer service and innovative product offerings. My passion is to build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional customer service, whether through policy reviews or answering insurance questions, and to be the reliable support customers can count on. My credentials include a Business degree from the University of Tulsa, a IICRC certification, and an Insurance Property Adjuster License. Outside of work, you'll probably find me at various car shows. I’m also passionate about networking, traveling, yoga, and I’m enjoying exploring my new home in Arizona. Aly and her wife are passionate about rescue animals, they have a house-full of furry friends keeping them busy, including some dogs that they foster with their local animal care center. In her limited free-time, Aly loves to work on miniature craft scenes, she is even member of the local miniature museum.
