  • Checkups & Cleanings

Need a simple checkup & cleaning? Give us a call! It’s good practice to visit your dentist every six months for a checkup and to have your teeth cleaned. Dr. Bundalo will also check your teeth for cavities and other issues, as well as look for signs of gum disease. If you’re a new patient, we recommend whole-mouth x-rays to identify any underlying issues that may otherwise not be visible with an oral examination. Dr. Bundalo will gladly answer any questions or concerns you have about your teeth or smile. Are you looking for a new dentist? Finding a dentist you can trust can be difficult. If you live in the Phoenix or Scottsdale area, we’d love to be your dentist! Dr. Bundalo is happy to provide you with a free consultation if you’re interested in our general or cosmetic dentistry services, or if you just need a simple checkup, give us a call! We pride ourselves, and strive to provide quality care in an honest and upfront way.

  • Dentures

We provide our Phoenix patients with comfortable, stable, well-fitting and long-lasting dentures. For our patients that require traditional dentures, our goal is always to provide a comfortable, long-lasting solution. Dr. Bundalo is committed to the satisfaction of his patients. At LB Dental, our goal is to provide you with affordable, quality dentures with natural looking teeth! Are your current dentures loose, uncomfortable or painful? Part of our process that results in a quality solution is Dr. Bundalo’s experience with the masticatory system (bones & muscles of the jaw). In order for dentures to fit well, the natural biting motion of the jaw always must be taken into consideration. Dr. Bundalo is able to examine your dentures, jaw and bite and present options for you to consider, including adjustment or replacement of your dentures. Give us a call to schedule a free consultation! Our office is conveniently located off East Bell Road near Hwy 51 in Phoenix! Concerned about pain? If some of your teeth need to be extracted, or if other surgical procedures are required, rest assured that thanks to our use of Waterlase and Biolase lasers, you will be comfortable and recover quickly!

  • Porcelain Crowns & Bridges

If you have a missing or damaged tooth, a crown or bridge may be the solution! Crowns and bridges are great solution if you have a damaged tooth, or if one or more teeth are missing. Both crowns and bridges are fixed in place, and made of natural-looking porcelain, perfectly matched to your teeth! Depending on your specific situation, Dr. Bundalo may recommend either a crown or a bridge. When would I want a porcelain crown? Porcelain crowns are a great solution for many issues. A porcelain crown can be used to restore a damaged tooth, prevent a weak tooth from fracturing, cover a poorly shaped tooth or cover a tooth that has undergone a root canal treatment. Porcelain crowns are perfectly matched, both in shape and color, to your existing natural teeth. Additionally, porcelain crowns can be attached using dental implants, for a very stable fit. These are referred to as dental implant crowns. When would I want a bridge? In certain circumstances, a dental bridge may be recommending if you are missing one or more teeth. In some cases, you may have the option of a dental implant crown instead of a bridge. Call us to schedule a free consultation with Dr. Bundalo! Can porcelain crowns and bridges help with my bite? Yes! When teeth are missing or misshaped, this can lead to many issues with the jaw and bite. Dr. Bundalo has extensive experience with the masticatory system (bones and muscles of the jaw) and can make recommendations for adjustments that can lead to a better bite, and help with pain and discomfort of the jaw.

  • Jaw Pain Treatment

Experiencing pain in your jaw? We can help! Dr. Bundalo has specific training for diagnosing and treating issues of the masticatory system. He attended the Dowson Center For Advanced Dental Study, and has been focused on this area for many years. Many of our patients come in solely for treatment of jaw pain! If you are experiencing pain in your jaw, you may have TMD (temporomandibular disorder), which can be caused by clenching, grinding or dislocation of the jaw. There may be various underlying issues, but in most cases Dr. Bundalo can recommend a treatment for lasting relief from pain! In some cases, the pain can be directly treated with dental lasers, or if there is a misalignment of the jaw or issues with your bite, Dr. Bundalo will present several options for treatment. As always, consultations are completely free, with no obligation! Give us a call today to schedule! What about jaw pain with braces? It’s very common to have jaw pain while you have braces, and afterward. When teeth are shifted, your natural bite is affected. If your bite is not properly aligned, this can lead to pain in the muscles of the jaw. Dr. Bundalo is able to make adjustments to your bite in order to fix these issues, resulting in lasting relief.

  • Fillings

Treating cavities with fillings is important part of preventing tooth decay. Upwards of 85% of adults have one or more fillings. Fillings are very common because they are excellent at treating cavities in teeth, and preventing decay. Most fillings are made of gold, silver, a tooth-color resin or porcelain. In some cases where a tooth is poorly shaped or aligned, a porcelain crown may be another option. If you think you may need a filling, or if a filling has fallen out of a tooth, give us a call to schedule an appointment! We are also available for emergency appointments, if necessary.

The best way to fight gum disease is to prevent it in the first place!

  • Root Canals

When the nerve of a tooth becomes infected, a root canal is often necessary. If you have a severe toothache when you chew or apply pressure, or one or more teeth are very sensitive to hot and cold temperatures, you may have a damaged or exposed nerve. After Dr. Bundalo examines you, a root canal may be recommended. However, in many cases, if a toothache is treated early, a root canal may not be necessary. It’s important that you come and see us promptly if you are experiencing any pain in your mouth! Is a root canal painful? LB Dental uses the WaterLase cold laser for many of our surgical procedures, in order to provide a pain-free experience to our patients.
