Description

At BlueSprig Avondale, we are on a mission to change the world for children with autism. Our team of highly skilled board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs) offer applied behavior analysis therapy, also called ABA therapy. This specialized treatment is delivered by our compassionate team through life and social skills training. Children receive customized care to meet their needs for developing meaningful life and social skills, and we help the whole family with guidance sessions and the resources they need. We offer free consultations at our Phoenix center. Contact us today to arrange a private personal tour during your visit to our center.

Products And Services

  • Center-Based ABA Therapy

With locations throughout the country, the BlueSprig family of companies makes it convenient to receive services in a center-based setting if that best suits your child’s needs. Center-based services have benefits such as immediate access to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who oversee the implementation of the ABA services. If a child demonstrates challenging behavior that can be difficult to manage, having constant and immediate access to the BCBA in the center ensures support is quickly accessible for the staff and children.

  • Home-Based ABA Therapy

While center-based services provide easy access to the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), home-based services provide easy access to caregivers which allows for the smooth transition of services from the behavior analysts to the caregivers as they become more empowered to support their child. Home-based services also allow staff to implement treatment in the exact setting where the behavior will take place. For instance, teaching a child to use the toilet is most effective when taught in the natural environment instead of outside the home.

  • Community-Based ABA Therapy

Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder often have difficulty demonstrating skills in different environments. To overcome this, we provide services in a variety of settings, including the community setting. Often a community-based setting may be the most appropriate environment for a child if they are able to learn in a naturalistic environment that is less structured and controlled and/or if the behaviors occur most frequently in the community setting. Our Registered Behavior Technicians continue 1:1 treatment plans in your local community. Examples may include working on appropriate behavior at the store, behaviors at the park or how to order at a restaurant.

  • School-Based ABA Therapy

We know that when a child’s full support team works together, it can make all the difference for the child and their family. We are proud to partner with school districts in the communities we serve. From classroom consultation to professional support, our clinicians are here to collaborate with school districts to ensure better outcomes for students, teachers, and other school district professionals.

  • Virtual ABA Therapy

Virtual ABA therapy, or telehealth, gives your child access to all the benefits of center, home, or community-based therapy, but via your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Our dedicated staff is trained to provide virtual ABA therapy through HIPAA compliant technology that is made available to you at your convenience. This option of Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy provides access to services when there are health and safety concerns for immunocompromised children, or when the family’s remote location delays or inhibits the delivery of services in other settings.
