Onofray Physical Therapy (OPT) is a private, female-owned practice founded in 2020 by local specialist Megan Onofray, PT. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care at your convenience during every session. Unlike traditional clinics, we do not employ technicians or assistants. Whether you are recovering from an injury through specialized physical therapy or looking to shave strokes off your game with customized golf performance training, you will work exclusively with a highly skilled and licensed therapist.     Megan first earned her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts while playing Division I water polo. She then went on to earn her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Maryville University in St. Louis. She has been in the Valley, working as a physical therapist for the last 11 years. She has treated a variety of ages and abilities. She enjoys orthopedic rehabilitation including sports related pathology, chronic conditions and return to work conditioning. She believes in an emphasis on manual techniques and is dry needling certified. When she is not working, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 children.
